The interview process was straightforward, initially with a phone call then invited to meet in person. During the interview, I met the staff and was given a tour of the clinic. I was also invited to observe day-to-day operations

Interview was relaxed and comfortable. They just want to get to know you and your experience. Lots of questions about patient experience and times that I had to work with challenging diagnosis.

Very easy going. More of a tour of clinic than grilling me and my abilities. We spent a good 30 minutes just chatting about our lives and what we liked to do in our free time.

How are you going to add to the value of this clinic?
It was a Phone interview. It Was quick with a few questions explained setting expectations and locations. Set up a building tour for the next day. Require two weeekend days a month.
