I received a phone call and after a brief conversation, I was invited to the office for a 1:1 interview in which they asked questions both medical and non-medical. After the questions I worked a day alongside the clinic manager.

What made you want to be a Physical Therapist Assistant?
Interview was relaxed and comfortable. They just want to get to know you and your experience. Lots of questions about patient experience and times that I had to work with challenging diagnosis.

Entrevista
Very easy going. More of a tour of clinic than grilling me and my abilities. We spent a good 30 minutes just chatting about our lives and what we liked to do in our free time.

How are you going to add to the value of this clinic?
It was a Phone interview. It Was quick with a few questions explained setting expectations and locations. Set up a building tour for the next day. Require two weeekend days a month.
