The hiring process was 5 weeks. HR screening was interesting, the person I was talking to clearly was just reading off a list. The hiring manager was awful, late for the call then proceeded to answer my questions with 15-second responses.

There were 3 stages:
1. HR Interview: The initial stage focused on assessing my background and cultural fit with the company.
2. General PM Interview: The next stage delved into my project management skills and experience, covering both technical aspects and management style.
3. Senior Team Interview & Presentation: In the final stage, I met with senior team members and delivered a PowerPoint presentation that showcased my strategic approach to managing projects.
