Applied online and was invited for a phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview was with one of the co founders. The co founder was a great guy who is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Do not expect to move on to the second round interview unless you can mimic a similar passion throughout your first interview. A few accounting questions.

met several people including both founders and completed a case study that was similar to the responsibilities for the role. It was engaging and gave a sense of what the work would be like.
