They ask very easy questions just do your research before hand. It was very easy. Just be yourself and make sure to ask questions at the end. They will tell you also a little about the job description in your role.

The interview is pretty basic; standard CAR/STAR answers will suffice, although I'm not entirely sure what they are looking for. I was able to get the interviewer to discuss her experience for at least half of the interview. From what I can tell, Sedgwick is constantly hiring, so the interview process cannot be too complicated.
