HORRIBLE!!!! I'm a claims manager and I never applied for a "team lead/supervisor" position. I was wondering how they received my resume? I entertained the interview process, but this an actual step down for me. What is shocking to me, it wasn't a recruiter that called me, it was their "team lead" and she didn't even read my resume to it's entirty. Then she realized once we got on the zoom call, "oh I see that you are a claims manager, but we'll get into that later. Then they told me that the position I originally applied for was filled (and it wasn't) just so they can get the interview. The interviewer is trying to tell me how my current company works and what their titles should be (which rubbed me the wrong way). How are you going to tell me what my titles are for my employees for the present company I work for? Then once they decided that I wasn't what they were looking for, they asked me if I had an questions? No, I don't have no questions. I just bye and ended the call.
