The hiring process was a total joke. It’s almost like they interview people to meet a quota since they already have hit a candidate. I interviewed for a mgmt role 3x and all three times I had more experience + education then chosen candidate. during one of my interviews, they did not know any of my background or even looked at my resume! Simply unprofessional!!

Don’t waste your time interviewing with this company. It is obvious that they are completely unorganized. Let me start off by saying that the recruiter sent me an interview time for which I did not say that I was available and then the interview was a disaster. The woman interviewing me looked like a slob and her office was a mess. She had zero questions ready and she didn’t know candidates names. Complete waste of time. Thank god I didn’t get an offer. Was completely disgusted.
