They invited me for an interview for security analyst, once I got there, they said I was interviewing for a project management position. Prior to the interview, I had three phone interviews where they were VERY aware of my lack of a masters degree, but were aware of my many certifications. During the interview, they brought up the fact that I did not have a masters degree and because of this reason I must also lack critical thinking skills. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I would not recommend anyone to work in this hostile environment.

More scenarios based question.. concentrate on security domain..good panel. They are having great knowledge on their domain.. first one technical then one HR with package discussion..mysql and Linux questions. Package is less then market . But great learning will be there if they are offering the position.

Applied online 1st round - Phone interview: Scheduled at 6pm, but he made we wait till 7. Sounded very unprofessional. Grilled on Java and SQL, seemed like he had a list of questions and was just tallying the results, I answered 80% of them though. He seems convinced and 2nd round - Phone interview: Some managing level guy calls up, asked a bit about projects mentioned on my resume and says he's making the offer (what???) I get the offer emailed and there is the condition -- I have to give them 1 year commitment, $5000 bond and for a less package. It was pretty obvious they knew people wouldn't stay with them. I denied the offer formally, and they didn't even reply to that email. *Unprofessional*
