The HR lady first phoned to ask me about my work experience based upon preset questionnaire. Then the HR person went to discuss the hiring manager. Then another phone interview was set up. The HR person required me to look at their web site to see if their workplace culture fit me and probe into the hiring manager's profile. The hiring manager was too young to control her emotions: when I told her that I reviewed her work portfolio, she breathed a heavy sigh over the phone!!! She tended to be very authoritative too.
