Got contacted by a recruiter. He did a great job of getting me to interview. I normally wouldn't interview with a benefits company as the work is incredibly boring but he was persistent. Interview was with the Principal Data Scientist and Director of Analytics. Weird vibe, odd questions, they both seemed very inexperienced in both Data Science and interviewing. The tools and stack seemed questionable and it was overall a pretty poor experience. Pretty much a waste of my time, and I withdrew after thinking about the interview and their demeanor and answers to my questions about their practice. Would not recommend.
