Quick phone interview. Basic questions. Seeing why you want to work in security. Why you would be a good fit. Recruiter is quite professional as is Human Resources Manager. All in all an easy no fuss no muss experience.

It was a fast interview process and if you meet the basic qualifications you will be offered the position and scheduled for a week long orientation. Great place to work.
