Very easy to communicate with,The only thing is they lie to you about the site and pay. Just to get you in the door. So they don't lose contract's at these sites. No Guards, No Contract, No Pay for the Company. That's why they push you though the process.
No interview whatsoever applied on indeed and the next day received an email that I was hired. Very straightforward and if you have any experience and a brain you will be hired.

Quick apply on Indeed followed by a Quick phone interview. Just a few minutes. They offered unpaid 40 hours of training that they said they usually charge for but no charge to me. and have employee pay for their own licensing.

It was all right. It was back in 2021. It was over the phone and the process was kinda quick. They will ask very basic questions. I got hired on the spot didn’t last much at the company horrible management
