You interview with a recruiter (important because some are better/have better sites. If they like you they will hire you on the spot and drip test you (mouth swab) if you pass the next week you come in for orientation with a group of other officers. After that you get your uniforms and discuss what sites you will be working at

Very easy. They had me write a report and the interviewer helped me correct some mistakes. They didn’t ask too many questions . She asked why do I wanna work for this company and that’s about it. I got hired that same day.
