The interview with the manager and the team was great experience but I was left in the lurch for 3 weeks after the final interview waiting to hear about their final decision for this role. The whole process took about 3 months from the time I applied to the time I found out that I wasn't chosen for the position. I had to reach out with them to get an update and I was bounced between several recruiters who were the main point of contact. I also had no chance to hear from the hiring manager as to why I was not chosen for the role.
