The interview process was super quick, thorough, and well-run! From when I first received an inMail about the role to when I received an offer, the process took about 2 weeks. There were 3 interviews total: phone screen with the recruiter, manager, and CEO. The questions were straightforward and touched on my recruitment experience, processes, behavior questions, situational questions, and fit/culture questions.

Friendly but professional. Thorough but quick. A good middle road where we each learned what we needed without excessive steps and long breaks in between them. From start to finish took about 2 weeks.
