I had to take a cognitive and behavior assessment to start, followed by a cognitive assessment while being watched by someone. You speak with a recruiter, the hiring manager, the team, and then a technical interview. It was apparent that SecureLink values the type of people they hire over anything else and are looking for a culture fit first.
