And the last interview is the team interview. 85% of the questions are from the preferred Qualifications. I guess this is the way to reject the candidate. It's unfair to ask those questions about something even wasn't in the job description. You can easily mention it as a must-required qualification, so you not wasting the candidate's time and hope.
