Recruiter was friendly, positive and super responsive. There were a total of 3 interview rounds: 1. Phone screening by the recruiter. 2. Interview with the hiring manager. 3. Interview with the Head of CS. The process took about 2 weeks. I initially had an offer from another company but decided to still go ahead with their interview and was honestly impressed as the interviewers were so genuine and sincere in getting to know you better. The company seems to be invested in your personal growth and welfare. The perks are considered above average for a start up company. Grateful to be offered and am looking forward to start my career journey with them :)
