Very simple. Hire on the spot as long as you meet the requirements for the job. Interview was about 15min. with team supervisor. Felt very comfortable with the questions asked.

I was called in to a very brief interview which did not last long, and shortly thereafter it was over. Circumstances dictated that it was a brief interview. A day later I was offered the job and accepted.

Easy, the interview lasted 20 minutes, I volunteered my references, they never thought to ask for any. There was not much to the interview it seems like they where not interested. I was shocked that they hired me. The interviewer didn't have any experience with interviewing
