My interview process with 2F was incredibly smooth and efficient. It kicked off with a very pleasant conversation with Em, a recruiter from 2F. Em was fantastic—she was clear, prompt, and incredibly supportive throughout. From the beginning, she laid out what to expect and followed up quickly after each step, making sure I was always in the loop. Her transparency and dedication made a real difference and set a positive tone for the rest of the process. Just two days after my initial interview with Em, I had two more interviews—one with the VP of Security and another with members of the IT team. In these meetings, we discussed my experience in automation development and how it matched their needs. I shared details about my past projects, the challenges I encountered, and how I resolved them. Overall, thanks to Em's outstanding communication and support, the whole experience was one of the best I've had in an interview process. It left me with a great impression of the company's professionalism and culture.
