They interview seemed more like an audition for "who's line is it anyway". I want to know about the processes & procedures, not how much "fun" everyone has

Short phone screening. Primarily about experience or in my case lack there of. I was just looking for a possible career change. Was referred by an employee but they were not willing to train at that time.
