I had two interviews with two very nice people, but the process was fairly quick and not terribly in-depth. They seemed more interested in having a warm body than what in what an individual could bring to the table. I ended up turning down the opportunity for what seemed to be a lack of personal attention and few hands-on opportunities with things I found interesting. It might be the right opportunity for someone else, but it wasn't right for me at the time.
