I met with the HR representative for a 30 minute screening interview. Everything went well. I answered all questions to the best of my ability and the HR representative said, "Great! We're planning on moving you along to the next round. Please pay attention to your email over the next 24 hours to set up the next interview." .... a few days goes by, nothing. A few weeks go by, nothing. Do not disrespect potential employees during an interview process and ghost them after you said that the person was moving on to the next round.
