Was approached by HR person through Hired and arranged 1 on 1 video chat with someone from tech team. Phone call was very pleasant. Completed code challenge with 2 questions. They recommended 2 hours, but I took my time with it because the questions were fun. I didn't move forward from there, but the HR person was able to give some feedback on the interview.
