I had a phone interview explaining my strengths, then was called in to have a one-on-one interview with the team lead. It was definitely one of the most comfortable and fun interview experiences I have ever had. Questions asked of me were how I reacted in different situations, but most of it was very conversational to get a good feel for my fit in the team.
