Very laid back and easy. Applied online and had call for interview the next week. My interview was quick and easy with very minimal questions mostly just conversation about my life. I was offered a job on the spot as long as my back ground check went through, this was on a Saturday, and my start day was Thursday.

What do you know about Sears, why do you want to work for Sears
Straight forward, they had me fill out questions on a computer. It then was a group interview, it would have been nice to have a one on one so it was a bit awkward.

Entrevista
Casual, laid back conversation about previous work experience and hypothetical customer situations. Very relaxed. It was what you’d expect for the position and I wouldn’t stress about it in the least

What kind of customer service experience do you have?
Simple and brief. Wanted to hire right away. Didn’t ask any additional questions or anything off of the online application. Very quick, offered the hourly rate right then snd there.
