He interview was straightforward. The Human Resource Lead read from a company generated interview question and answer sheet. She was polite, respectful, and honest. She explained the job in detail making sure that I understood everything she was telling me. She explained that the drug testing was random, and who is chosen for the testing is decided by the computer program.

I showed up for my interview on time and was told the position was already filled. Manager acted like she wasn't expecting me. No one even bothered to call or email me within the entire week that the position was already filled. So ridiculous. I don't recommend applying, this company is dying anyway.

The interview process was straight forward. They just asked me on my availability. What I noticed why other interviewees did not get my Jon after they did an interview was because they just wore casual clothing to the interview. Try to look nice, business casual.

You have your initial interview with an Assistant Manager, then a second with another Manager or Lead before having your final (likely group) interview with the Store Manager. I had my first and second interview in the same day, so the process was a bit quicker for me, but it was pretty cut and dry.
