Ask questions about selling, they call you in, they hire people with no experience, be sure to ask about the credit cards, Im not sure who is there in management. But they are not intimidating. Its a 1 on 1 interview. I was hired on the spot with no experience and excelled. Its a lot of commission potential and based rate pay.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
