I applied for a job at Sears online, the next week received a phone call from their HR to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. I came in and the interview lasted for about 30 minutes. It was somewhat formal and scripted. The HR rep seemed to be irritated by something but I don't think it had to do with the interview. Questions varied from what position did I want to what my specialties were since this was my first job I've applied for.

They call me in for an interview. They gave me a time. I came in and it look they didn't even know that they were conducting an interview that day. They had me filled out an application basically stating my availabilities. Then I was interview by human resource who ask basic Human resource inteview questions. Then she checked if there was any department that fitted with my availabilities. She saw that hardware had openings so she called the supervisor to come and interview me. The supervisor was a young buck still in college. He asked me some questions about my interactions with people and things like that. Afterwards they told me to come in for an orientation on Saturday.
