Began with phone screen followed my DM and panel interview. Interview was standard situational questions and inquiries on financial and cultural customer interaction . Positive attitude is very important and a team approach leader versus boss. Showing that you ar ebale to make things work with little help and function well in high stress situations

Lengthy interview process, but I suppose for good reason. They're committed to turnaround, so quality candidates are key. Interview process took just over a month. Recruiter, District HR, Market HR, Market leader, Regional. Very professional and everyone was timely.
Interviews were typical of GM interviews. They give you the opportunity to sell yourself as to why you'll run their store profitably. All in all, good experience.
