I’m glad to hear that the initial stages of your interview process were positive and that our team was helpful and communicative. However, I regret that your final interview did not meet your expectations. Our intention is never to make candidates feel uncomfortable or put on the spot, but rather to assess real-world problem-solving skills in a way that reflects the role’s challenges. That said, we understand that unexpected technical assessments can feel abrupt, and we will take your feedback into consideration to ensure a more transparent and structured approach moving forward.
