Went in for two separate panel interviews in their office after first having a phone interview. The first interview was with two lead recruiters and they were extremely nice and provided excellent insight and information regarding the job. The second interview was with two partners - both of which were extremely unprofessional. Not only did they use questionable language and profanity, but they also spilled the beans that the position wasn’t real and they keep it posted on their site to channel talent through their office. During the interview with the partners I asked what made recruiters at SSG successful and was told that they had to be “too stupid to quit.” At the end of the interview, the partners told me to email them by noon the next day if I was still interested in a job there after hearing one of the partner’s “scare away story” as he called it. I sent an email that night and never heard back - making the entire process a waste of time. Sadly, I have to agree with so many of the reviews from others and consider myself lucky to not work there now.

30 min Phone screen 1 hour video call then complete silence. No feedback or next steps even after they assured me they would schedule me for an in person interview.
