The folks I spoke to were very odd.. and unprofessional. I got several calls a couple days after submitting my application and spoke to some recruiter. We spoke for literally 5 minutes and he told me nothing about the company or the role. Asked me 4 questions about myself and my current role and that was it. Once I finished answering his questions, he said that he thinks I’m a great fit for the role and wanted to pass me onto the head recruiter for an interview.
We confirmed availability and he told me that he would be sending out an invite for the interview. I accepted and that was that.
The morning of the interview, I tested positive for covid and reached out to both recruiters requesting a reschedule due to me feeling extremely ill. I emailed both of them 4+ hours prior to the interview.
They didn’t have the decency to reply and I never heard from them again. Now, I already knew that they were terrible and unprofessional (thanks to everyone that submitted an interview review on here- thank god for them!) so I wasn’t expecting anything and only spoke to the recruiter initially because I had nothing to lose. Not because I was actually interested in the company or role.
Now 2 weeks later, I receive the automated, generic “thanks for applying at seamless, we are chosing to not move forward.”
Again, wasn’t expecting anything and this did not surprise me but the unprofessionalism is outstanding. I have never come across individuals so unprofessional in my life. I can only imagine how they are treating other people. People who actually really need jobs all the while, during a pandemic. I can only imagine what the overall company morale is like if they are being represented like this.
Either way, I’m glad that this happened and my genuine advice — steer clear of this place. There’s a reason why there are so many bad interview reviews and lots of positive employee reviews. Companies ask their employees to fill out a good review, it’s happened to me at previous jobs.
The CEO here also sends email newsletters to people that apply everyday and they are very long and annoying and I would always delete them right away. Eventually unsubscribed. Really weird. They come in twos, also. I know folks that have interviewed at this company or just know of them in general and their advice was to not waste my time. So glad I didn’t.

Nothing worth remembering. They did ask about ARR.

First interview was pretty smooth. It felt really friendly and all good. They said they would give me updates about the next interview in the next 2-3 days. It's been months and nobody reached back. I even sent follow up emails and nobody answered.
