The entire interview process was conducted with Zoom. The first interview was used to weed out people with basic personality questions. They only want over-achievers. I made it past this round. I spoke to the hiring manager during the second round. This included detailed technical questions about semiconductor processing and 6 Sigma problem solving tasks. I was not offered the job.

Entrevista
There are 3-stages interview process.
1) The first one is the initial HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The discussion went over the company, the role, and the expected salary.
2) The second stage is the technical interview. I was interviewed by four member of the team. They asked about my technical experiences in the previous company and how those experiences aligned with the new role. I was also asked some questions to clarify some parts of my CV that may seem odd.
3) HR asked for my feedback for the interview process and verbal confirmation that the company and the team decided to proceed with an offer.

Very thorough and long interview process with different Managers and engineers. Every manager has their own line of questioning wanting to learn about past experiences.Goes into detail about job function and role.
