Pathetic. Not recommended. There interview panel and talent acquisition team are dump. There talent acquisition team called me because my resume matching there requirement. Interview start at 9 AM. Coding test. Then followed by 3 technical round for 1 hour each. Then 1 more lady come and took my salary details and said that HR team is busy so we will call you. In evening senior HR called me and discuss salary part. He said that your are almost selected. I will discuss with US team and will send offer letter tomorrow. On another day they get asked me to share all documents. No call on that day. And on next day they send mail that 'We have got good technical feedback for your knowledge and skill but this role requires someone with hands-on expertise in XXX technology'. Are they crazy??? My resume do not mentioned about that technology. It means I don't experience on it. So it was already clear. Also in 3-4 technical round no one ask me about it. HR called me and say you are almost selected. And next day you send mail that technical knowledge is good but lack in 1 technology. I was not expecting such behavior from such big organization. I will not recommend any one.

There are 3-stages interview process. 1) The first one is the initial HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The discussion went over the company, the role, and the expected salary. 2) The second stage is the technical interview. I was interviewed by four member of the team. They asked about my technical experiences in the previous company and how those experiences aligned with the new role. I was also asked some questions to clarify some parts of my CV that may seem odd. 3) HR asked for my feedback for the interview process and verbal confirmation that the company and the team decided to proceed with an offer.
