The interview was flexible, easy going and straight to the points. Managers made sure all job scopes were being explained properly and clear.
I was shown the office floors and the facilities during the interview session. Receptionist and Managers were really friendly, warm and welcoming.
Remote interview with two senior engineers, asked five questions overall. Were very nice and easy to talk to, gave some great background on the factory and why these roles needed to be filled immediately.

Mix of behaviour based, past experience and how it's relevant, and motivation for joining the company /pursuing the role in particular. Not overly technical. Less than 1 hour. Overall a reasonably straight forward interview

The interview process was pretty smooth. There was a panel of interviewers that consist of HR and the department head, as my potential reporting officer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for me.
