Very informative phone interview, however they did not hire me until a few days before they wanted me down in the keys. Should be a big red flag right away if they can not hire their staff in an organized, timely fashion you should not expect anything to be organized.

It was a very relaxed interview by phone. I was asked a series of questions and answered them to the best of the ability. Some questions were situational and others were about my preferences and my experience. This job also requires that you are comfortable in and around the water.
