short interview, weld test, gave a tour, talked about overtime and work hours, over view of the job being offered, gave a basic weld test for a flat fillet on mild steel

The interview was very laid back and not the usual drawn out process.The human resource department is very nice and the welding test was simple compared to others I've taken before.You get a tour of the shop and meet potential co workers.
