It was good and they were friendly and nice. I was interviewed by two ladies, one was recording and the other was asking the questions. God working environment but the hours not so convenient for me
Simple and friendly and will prepared to ask different questions and smooth transitions from questions to questions. Some of the questions where hard to answer and it will give you pressure.

Pretty easy questions similar to other customer service roles. Relaxed interview setting - just make sure to emphasise your priorities are with the customers and health and safety. Always prioritising customer satisfaction etc

Initial application with CV followed by one in person interview lasting about 30 mins, asking questions about your experiences and reason for choosing Screwfix. It was quite a friendly conversation.
