The interview was easy, questions asked related to why you want to work at Screwfix, past experiences, your skills that will help you in the role, etc. Followed by a tour of the warehouse

thought it went well, setting calm but did not get the job. interviewers were lovely, clear and precise with questions. asked about 3 questions in total on the day relating to customer service and skills, using own initiative, how you know when you have given good customer service
