Talked to a recruiter within the product operations department and he was reading from a script and couldn't answer any questions about the company. He told me he'd reply by email to my questions, which were as simple as asking about company culture or org structure.
I was ghosted after initial screening (and no response to my questions); very unprofessional to not respond to a candidate after the interview. This company has a poor recruiting infrastructure.

I had one interview with one of the product managers. They seemed so burnt out and out of it. The interview was very uncomfortable because it didn't feel like an actual conversation. For the first 15 minutes, they talked about the company and the job, and then asked me if I had any questions. That was kind of a weird time to ask that question since we hadn't even started the interview part of the... interview. They probably realized that then and started asking me regular interview questions - do you have any examples of process improvement at your current position, etc.
At the end of the interview, I asked what the company culture was like, and the interviewer could not come up with anything positive to say about the company! It was ridiculous.
The person seemed just so over it. They could barely carry on with the interview for the entire 30 min. It was awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. I left the interview thinking I would never take a job there. They seem to have zero work/life balance and the company culture seems exploitative.

Horrible Experience. I applied online and received a follow up e-mail to schedule an interview.
They advertised the job as being remote when it was not. Had to find out after a week of waiting for the interview. The interviewer stated that it is a hybrid position (I live in a different state) and that they were using an outdated job advertisement. She then went on to say that several applicants have also experienced this.
My resume shows that I live in a different state and had the interviewer actually look at my resume, she could have saved us both some time and clarified via e-mail the role is hybrid.
They still have not adjusted the job ad on LinkedIn and their website, which says a lot about the company itself. They do not care about wasting people's time. After reading reviews on here and having that experience, I definitely dodged a bullet.
