One on one phone interview that came 18 minutes late and only lasted 27 minutes. I went to their career page on their website I initially set up to apply to discover I was rejected. I found out by e-mail a week later. I have 15 years of supervisory experience and the references to back it up. I have also conducted and participated in many interviews at my current and previous employer. This is not how one professionally conducts an interview. It was not by any means an equal opportunity employment experience.
