Was contacted by a recruiter from Morson International after submitting an application who organised the interview. No prep prior to the interview was given. Questions were weird. Only told during the interview that the role was maternity leave cover and that one of the interviewers was the person I would be taking over from. Company completely ghosted me after the interview.
