The first stage was an online numerical test, there were a lot of questions in limited time, I managed to complete them just in the time frame but I prepared a lot for them. The second stage was an online video interview, the questions gave you about 10 seconds and then you had to talk about them for 2 mins. At the end of the interview there was an opportunity to rerecord the interview.

The company seemed quite confused throughout the interview process. It wasn’t clear which role I was being interviewed for, and the communication prior to the interview was inconsistent. In addition, there was no flexibility in scheduling the interview. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unclear, which raised concerns about how well the company manages internal communication and candidate experience.

Online application. No direct CV upload, have to fill out details throughout the application along with 2 questions/statments which allow applicant to provide details on their skills and experiences.
Following successful initial application process, invited to conduct an online tests which were mainly numerical. Short period of time and difficult to answer all within the allocated time. Practice tests are provided.
