Entrevista
The interview process was very quick. I had an informal telephone chat with the Head of Development followed by a coffee with the HR Director. After this I was invited in to the office for a formal interview with the HR Director and the Commercial Director. I had to prepare a presentation for this, which was quite tricky and gave a good understanding of the types of things I would be required to do if I was successful in getting the job.
Throughout this process everyone I met was friendly, welcoming and left me with a very good impression of the organisation.
