1st round: recruiter interview 30mins call 2nd round: with directors 30 mins MS teams Job description is completely misleading as well as title. They were looking for experienced developer apparently that's what i got to know on interview with directors. And for that they wanted to pay candidate an associate salary . crazy . they even asked on interview like 10times if pay is good while having small laugh on the background. even they think it is a joke and not a salary. Also to point out if you ever see undiversified 5 interviewers on one interview meeting (like all of them are same nationality) it is red flag. they could not speak english well (barely communicated) and spoke in their native language on the background during the interview. I heard them laugh too after some answers I gave and making comments in their own language. ridiculous. this is warning for everyone do not let some group of directors disrespect you and laugh at you just end the call right away. they also asked few technical developer questions about python automation processes
