Phone call with a recruiter not based in the city I was applying for. She did not show up to the first arranged interview and left me wondering all weekend what happened. The interview was basic behavioral style questions. After 2 weeks, I sent numerous follow up emails only to be told after a month that the hiring manager had went on holiday. After nearly 2 months, I got an email to say I was unsuccessful.
