Candidates who meet the criteria are invited to a first-round interview, typically conducted via phone or video. This stage focuses on understanding the candidate’s motivation, communication skills, and general background.
2 to 3 rounds of interviews with HR, Hiring Manager, and the senior Leadership. Overall questions are very general, and there might be a case study with the hiring manager. The Senior leadership cares more about your culture fitness.
