It was slow, HR said they forwarded resume to branch but branch manager took really long to schedule. had to call up the branch up a few times to follow up

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
