Technical questions are very straight forward. I found the behavioral questions more challenging, such as handling conflict and deadlines.

They did a screening process, then a pre-recorded video interview and finally an interview with two senior level employees and one HR manager. They were EXTREMELY friendly throughout the process so I was not nervous at all.
